Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking an Experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large IT initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

This role requires seven-plus years of PM experience, active PMP certification, and strong capabilities in planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Onsite presence in Harrisburg is required one day per month, with primarily remote work for this position.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Active PMP certification for at least 5 years.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be a current Pennsylvania resident.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, and budgets.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and scope changes.
• Prepare status reports, metrics, and communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate efforts among teams, vendors, testing, and implementation activities.
• Ensure compliance with established project management standards and procedures.
