Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Project Manager to support government contracts. This role is fully remote within the United States with occasional travel to a customer site in Washington, DC.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and deliver high-quality results for complex IT projects. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of relevant experience, can obtain and maintain public trust, and will drive project success from initiation to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for government IT contracts and product development.
• Manages multidisciplinary project teams and budgets, reviews status reports.
• Ensures quality standards and delivers project milestones on time.
• Coordinates tasks, vendors, and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Intervenes to solve issues and keep projects on schedule.
