Job summary

TeleSolv Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as key personnel on a Government contract. The PM will be the primary point of contact between TeleSolv’s contractor team and Government representatives and will oversee contract management, operational coordination, staffing, workload prioritization, reporting, quality management and mission-support activities.

The role requires a Master’s degree or PMP certification, at least seven years in project management, and three+

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of direct project-management experience.
• At least three years managing large government contracts or complex financial projects.
• Experience leading diverse teams and budgets over $3 million.
• Ability to deliver projects within regulatory constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall contract and project management, including planning, budgeting and implementation.
• Serve as primary point of contact between TeleSolv team and Government representatives.
• Facilitate effective communication and resolve project issues promptly.
• Oversee staffing, workload prioritization, reporting and quality management.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; ensure compliance with regulations.
