TeleSolv Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to serve as key personnel on a Government contract. The PM will be the primary liaison between TeleSolv's contractor team and Government representatives, overseeing contract management, staffing, reporting, and mission-support activities.

You will lead project planning, budgeting, risk management, and ensure compliance with federal regulations, while driving continuous improvement and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or PMP certification required.
  • Seven+ years of direct project-management experience.
  • At least three years managing large-scale Government contracts or complex financial projects.
  • Experience leading diverse teams and managing budgets over $3 million.
  • Strong planning, risk management and stakeholder communication in government/financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present regular project reports and stakeholder updates addressing progress, challenges and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with Government offices and external entities to support project integration and alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Identify project risks, implement risk-management practices and develop contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations, standards and contractual requirements.
  • Regularly evaluate project processes for efficiency and effectiveness and incorporate best practices and innovations that support continuous improvement.
  • Guide the project toward completion on schedule, within budget and in accordance with Government expectations.

Description

  • Master's degree in a related field or current Project Management Professional certification.
  • At least seven years of direct project-management experience.
  • At least three years of experience managing large-scale Government contracts or complex financial-management projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and managing budgets exceeding $3 million.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within tight timelines and under regulatory constraints.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management and stakeholder communication within a Government or financial-services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting operational activities, agile environments, executive coordination and Government mission-support operations.
