Job summary

TeleSolv Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as key personnel on a Government contract. The PM will be the primary point of contact between TeleSolv's contractor team and Government representatives and will oversee contract management, operational coordination, staffing, workload prioritization, reporting, quality management and mission-support activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field required.
• PM certification (PMP) required.
• At least seven years of direct project-management experience.
• At least three years of experience managing large-scale Government contracts or complex financial-management projects.
• Experience leading diverse teams and managing budgets exceeding $3 million.
• Proven ability to deliver projects within tight timelines and under regulatory constraints.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and stakeholder communication in Government/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract and project management across planning, budgeting, resource allocation and implementation.
• Serve as primary liaison between TeleSolv's contractor team and Government representatives.
• Facilitate effective communication and support timely resolution of project issues.
• Oversee staffing, workload prioritization, reporting, quality management and mission-support activities.
• Monitor progress against goals and adjust to meet deliverables.
• Lead diverse project team while ensuring quality and ethical practices.
• Prepare and present regular project reports and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate with Government offices and external entities to align with organizational goals.
• Identify project risks, implement risk management and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, standards and contractual requirements.
• Evaluate processes for efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Guide the project toward completion on schedule and within budget.
