Rivet Operations Company LLC is seeking a Project Manager to provide day-to-day project management of facility engineering and construction support projects for the United States Secret Service at the James J. Rowley Training Center.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' project management experience on commercial or Government construction projects.
• Ability to independently apply advanced project management techniques to complex assignments under limited supervision and general direction.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction and service projects and provide oversight of construction-related activities.
• Coordinate schedules, designs, and problem-solving, including customer coordination, schedule review, and design review.
• Develop solutions to construction problems or existing field conditions, and review contractor submittals for contract conformance.
• Support the CO and COR throughout the acquisition phases of each project, including answering offerors' questions and attending/participating in site orientation visits and joint contractor/Government meetings.
• Draft technical responses to change orders.
• Prepare statements of work and cost estimates for new contracts and contract modifications.
• Support contract reporting requirements, including inputs to the Monthly Report and participation in performance update meetings.
• Travel required to different government locations periodically.
