Bodw is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to support construction and facility engineering projects at the James J. Rowley Training Center for the United States Secret Service. This role will manage complex projects while ensuring quality, budget, and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate should have at least ten years of project management experience, hold a four-year degree, and possess PMP certification. This position requires a skilled professional capable of overseeing multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of project management experience supporting federal government construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles, project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and contract administration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated on-site lead and primary liaison to the COR.
• Oversee integrated planning, scheduling, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure consistency in execution across design, construction, renovation, and repair efforts.
