Job summary

Schenck USA Corp. is seeking a Project Manager to lead automotive and automation projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, and budgets. The role requires strong PM experience in manufacturing environments and a PMP is highly desirable.

The position offers a hybrid work option after 90 days, base compensation in the six-figure range, and a robust benefits package including tuition reimbursement and service awards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience in automotive or automation industry or equivalent.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business discipline required.
• PMI/PMP certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead domestic and international projects through all milestone phases.
• Construct project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of milestones.
• Facilitate customer relationships and provide exemplary service and communication.
• Monitor budgets, risks, and opportunities and drive recovery actions as needed.
• Organize project meetings and report progress with team members.
