You will translate priorities into practical plans, align stakeholders, track progress, and hand off solutions to business owners. The role requires coordinating internal teams and external partners, building integrated plans, and delivering measurable results for guests, members, clients, and communities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience across cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience supporting system implementations and process-improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of governance, risk and issue management, change control, testing, and closeout practices.
• Proficiency with project-management, collaboration, presentation, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through closeout with a practical PM approach.
• Define objectives, scope, deliverables, workstreams, milestones, and dates with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners; ensure accountability for commitments.
• Support evaluation, selection, implementation, and adoption of business systems and technology solutions.
• Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, and process mapping to turn needs into actions.
