Job summary

OPW Clean Energy Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from inception through execution at the Ball Ground, GA Center of Excellence. You will manage scope, schedule, cost and quality, while interfacing with customers and cross-functional teams across multiple sites.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience with risk management and new product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
• PMP Certification from PMI preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in Project Management; or combination of Project Management with some Engineering and/or Product Development Management.
• Proven Leadership skills - ability to lead changes across multiple sites and customers globally.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written; ability to present to management and customers.
• Experience in Risk Management.
• Experience in New Product Development (NPD) projects.
• Experience in Stage Gate development process.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Profit and Loss of the projects.
• Customer facing; meet customer expectations with timely check-ins.
• Owns project scope delivery and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
• Prepares business case and identifies resources, budget, and schedule.
• Owns the deliverables for the project(s) and publishes project metrics and reports.
• Keeps all stakeholders informed on project performance to schedule, budget, and milestones.
