Job summary

OPW Clean Energy Solutions, Ball Ground, GA, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical projects end-to-end from scope to delivery. You will manage customer expectations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive program improvements while maintaining robust P&L oversight.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred), 5+ years in project management, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in Project Management; or PM with engineering/product development background.
• Proven leadership skills to lead changes across multiple sites and customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to deliver status reports and technical presentations.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Profit and Loss of the projects.
• Customer facing; meets customer expectations and manages external stakeholders.
• Defines project objectives, deliverables, scope, schedule, cost, and quality; gains approval.
• Prepares business cases, identifies resources, budget, and schedule.
• Owns project deliverables; coordinates input and provides feedback on performance indicators.
• Sets objectives, guides teams, and addresses scope changes and risk.
• Implements project management processes and improves responsiveness to customer requirements.
• Publishes project metrics and reports; tracks cost, quality, and delivery across phases.
• Supports integration tasks and corporate initiatives to drive improvements.
• Manages monthly business review items and communicates them to teams.
