Job summary

OPW Clean Energy Solutions, a Dover Corporation business, seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex fluid-handling projects in Ball Ground, GA. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality while maintaining strong customer relationships and program governance.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in project management, and PMP certification preferred. Experience with risk management, NPD, and Stage-Gate processes is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• PMP Certification from PMI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Profit and Loss of the projects.
• Customer facing; meets customer expectations with timely check-ins for demanding external customers.
• Owns deliverables for the project(s) and guides teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Prepares business case; identifies resources, budget, and schedule to meet objectives.
• Leads the program and project teams; sets objectives and handles scope changes and risk assessments.
• Publishes project metrics and reports; provides periodic status updates to executives and plant leaders.
