Job summary

OPW Clean Energy Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Ball Ground, GA Center of Excellence. You will lead project execution, own the P&L, and ensure delivery against scope, cost, and schedule while managing stakeholder expectations.

You’ll partner with engineering and operations to drive NPD initiatives, manage risks, and implement Stage-Gate processes. Excellent communication and leadership across sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering preferred.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience; leadership across sites/customers.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Profit and Loss of the projects and is customer-facing.
• Owns project objectives, scope delivery, and performance within cost/schedule/quality.
• Prepares business cases, identifies resources, budgets, and schedules.
• Maintains project metrics and communicates status to executives and leaders.
• Facilitates project management processes and cross-functional task transitions.
