Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is hiring a Senior Manufacturing Associate to execute and optimize oligonucleotide production processes. You’ll support high-quality, on-time delivery and drive continuous improvement within our Sunnyvale, CA operations, reporting to the Production Manager.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in chemistry or biology and 3+ years in manufacturing, with SOP-driven discipline and experience in nucleic acid workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Experience with SOPs and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute and troubleshoot oligonucleotide production workflows to meet KPIs.
• Train, mentor, and onboard new team members per SOPs and safety standards.
• Lead or support investigations related to process deviations and CAPAs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or related discipline
