Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Senior Project Manager to direct large, complex projects from initiation through closure. You’ll coordinate business application deployments, process changes, and infrastructure initiatives while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, PMP certification, and strong PMO experience with Waterfall or Agile.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years in project management, change management, business application deployment, or related fields.
PMO experience with Waterfall or Agile methodologies; knowledge of logistics operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Develop detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.
Manage project meetings, track issues, risks, and deliverables; update schedules and communications.
Identify risks and drive mitigation actions; escalate as needed to leadership.
Evaluate deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with specifications.
Present operational metrics to senior leadership on a regular basis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project closure and handoffs.
