Job summary

InSite Engineering is seeking a Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects across New Jersey. You will guide projects from scope through completion, coordinate resources, and maintain client relationships to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership of project teams, mentoring staff, and collaborating with clients, attorneys, contractors, and municipalities to advance project objectives and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience.
• PE/PLS license or other applicable professional license preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills with ability to interact with clients, attorneys, contractors, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent civil engineering projects from planning to completion.
• Set project schedules, priorities, budgets, and staffing with leadership.
• Coordinate and allocate resources across project teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Lead by mentoring Assistant Project Managers and other staff.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, contractors, municipalities, and other stakeholders to advance project objectives.
