Job summary

Century Fire Protection seeks a seasoned Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute construction and fire protection projects. You will serve as the primary contact for project execution, collaborating with operations, clients, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of PM experience in construction or fire protection, with PMP preferred and knowledge of NFPA codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of project management experience in construction/fire protection/technical services
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Knowledge of NFPA and IEC standards, Underwriter’s requirements and building codes preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, and corrective actions
• Communicate status, financial performance, and risks to clients and leadership
• Review documents, specs, and contracts for accuracy and compliance
• Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and project documentation
