Job summary

Western States Fire Protection Co. is seeking a Project Manager to guide fire protection construction projects from conception to commissioning.

You will manage scheduling, planning, materials, equipment, and cost control in coordination with the site superintendent, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Ideal candidates hold a Construction Mgmt/Engineering degree with 5+ years in project management or fire sprinkler design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task

Qualifications

• Construction Mgmt or engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years in construction management or fire sprinkler PM/design.
• Strong communication and ability to multi-task.
• Must pass pre-employment checks and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project requirements with GC/Owner/Sub Contractors.
• Review contracts, addenda, RFIs and schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity and profitability targets are met.
• Forecast manpower needs and monitor project billings.
• Lead field activities, audits, meetings and subcontractor oversight.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reporting.
