Job summary

Gresham is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple or large-scale customer implementations across the Gresham product suite. You will guide other Project Managers and act as a key contact for complex engagements, ensuring delivery standards and adherence to project methodology.

You will manage stakeholder expectations at executive levels, mentor junior PMs, and collaborate with Product, Development and Support to influence product enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-value projects in financial software or technology.
• Strong commercial awareness; experience budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience mentoring junior Project Managers.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project and other project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple complex customer projects within timelines, budgets and scope.
• Escalation point for Project Managers; mentor and guide.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, including executive-level contacts and third parties.
• Ensure quality of project documentation, risk management and financial forecasting.
• Lead customer engagement during scoping, design and delivery workshops.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and methodology.
• Collaborate with Product, Development and Support to influence product enhancements.
• Contribute to pre-sales with implementation insights and solution design.
• Support month-end and forecasting accuracy for managed projects.
• Lead post-project reviews and capture lessons learned.
