Gresham Smith in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support monthly billing, project data analysis, and revenue projections. You will coordinate contracts, insurance compliance, and project system setup, driving accurate financial reporting and proactive planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Five+ years in a comparable role, or 10+ years in lieu of education.
• Experience with business accounting and project administration functions.
• Strong financial and analytical skills to interpret complex data.
• Advanced to intermediate Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint and MS Project is beneficial.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate monthly billing and act as liaison among Accounting, Market Analyst, and Project Managers.
• Analyze project data and provide clear reporting on budgets, labor, and expenses.
• Assist with resource planning and project revenue projections.
• Coordinate consultant activities, setup, contracts, and insurance compliance.
• Manage project system setup, maintenance, and closeout.
• Administer contracts and support related documentation and compliance.
