BBG Ventures, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager on a contract basis to support a Milwaukee-based financial services client. The role is hybrid, three days a week in Franklin, WI, or remote, and focuses on leading projects from planning through delivery.

You will partner with business stakeholders to define scope, timelines, risks, and success criteria, coordinate cross‑functional activities, track progress, and provide clear updates to sponsors and leadership.

Qualifications

• PM delivers projects aligned to business requirements and timelines
• Uses data collection and analysis to drive improvements and decisions
• Identifies and reports risks, ensuring transparent status updates
• Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to support planning and execution
• Applies critical thinking to solve problems and optimize processes

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate work across business teams and project partners
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Lead project meetings and communicate status to stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation and action-item tracking
• Support decision-making and help resolve project roadblocks
• Ensure project work remains aligned with business goals and expected outcomes
