Job summary

Sciata is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong finance background to support a large-scale program spanning people, process, technology and operations. The role is located in Urbandale, IA with a hybrid schedule (Monday–Wednesday on-site).

You will manage project plans, timelines, risks and deliverables, lead meetings and status updates, coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders, and produce business cases and communication plans for executive sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong finance or financial services background.
• Experience managing large, complex programs or transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable asking the right questions.
• Strong communication, listening, and meeting facilitation skills.
