Job summary

NHS England is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of the Federated Data Platform programme, coordinating complex workstreams and ensuring delivery aligns with programme objectives and NHS priorities.

You will develop and maintain project plans and governance arrangements, manage risks and dependencies, and work with national, regional and local stakeholders—NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Boards and suppliers—to drive adoption, reporting and benefits realisation across England.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex projects and workstreams across the FDP programme.
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance arrangements and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with national, regional and local stakeholders to drive adoption and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Technical, Clinical, Operational, AI and TOD functions.
• Provide high-quality reporting and recommendations to senior leaders and programme boards.
• Drive benefits realisation and continuous improvement across FDP initiatives.
