We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful planning, delivery and completion of projects across a dynamic and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project objectives, developing detailed delivery plans and coordinating resources to achieve agreed outcomes within scope, time and budget. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners and key stakeholders to ensure clear communication, effective decision-making and consistent progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities will include managing project schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies; establishing governance and reporting processes; monitoring performance against agreed milestones; and providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management. You will facilitate project meetings, maintain accurate documentation, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that deliverables meet required quality standards. The role will also involve managing changes to scope, resolving challenges proactively and supporting the effective implementation of new processes, systems or services.
Applicants should have proven experience managing projects from initiation through to completion, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies, planning tools and risk management principles. Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential, together with the ability to prioritise competing demands and work effectively under pressure. You should be confident analysing information, making informed recommendations and motivating diverse teams to achieve shared objectives. A recognised project management qualification or equivalent practical experience would be advantageous.
