Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Project Manager to lead federal child support enforcement modernization efforts. You will guide cross‑functional teams, manage schedules, deliverables, and client relationships across federal staff, state IV‑D agencies, and partners.

You will help shape certification readiness, risk management, and long‑term program effectiveness while coordinating with policy, technology, data, and communications workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with five or more years of project management experience.
• Experience leading complex federal, state, or human services initiatives.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution for child support modernization initiatives.
• Manage workplans, milestones, staffing, and client-facing deliverables.
• Oversee risk, issues, and dependencies; coordinate with federal/state partners.
• Provide strategic direction and facilitate stakeholder engagement and communications.
