Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Strategy & Transformation Consultant to support federal child support modernization initiatives. You will work with federal staff, state IV-D agencies, and partners to plan, implement, and certify modernization efforts.

Role involves stakeholder interviews, portfolio analysis, and development of executive briefs and dashboards to inform decision making across states and at the federal level.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in supporting child support (IV-D) programs or federal child support initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on child support enforcement programs and technology modernization.
• Support planning, implementation, and assessment of system modernization efforts.
• Develop executive briefings, reports, and strategic communications.
• Collaborate with federal and state partners to identify modernization opportunities.
