Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Project Manager to lead federal child support enforcement modernization initiatives, focusing on technology modernization, program operations, certification readiness, and systems transformation.

You will supervise day‑to‑day execution, coordinate with federal staff, state IV‑D agencies, vendors, and internal teams, and guide risk management and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of professional experience including complex project management of federal/state/human services initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for child support modernization and related programs.
• Manage workplans, milestones, staffing, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Offer strategic direction across multiple workstreams and client-ready products.
• Oversee risk, issues, dependencies, and escalation.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team across policy, technology, data, and communications.
• Maintain client relationships with federal staff, state IV-D agencies, and partners.
• Guide APD reviews, feasibility studies, procurement, and implementation plans.
• Drive planning for interviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
• Analyze modernization portfolios and governance structures; support exec briefings and dashboards.
• Coordinate across data, tech, and program teams to identify opportunities and best practices.
