Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex programs for F/A-18 & EA-18G in Berkeley, Missouri. You will create and manage baselines, work with inter-disciplinary teams, and drive performance using EV/MIS methods.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and up to 25% travel. Bachelor's degree or higher is required, with experience in program management, risk and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (Interim/Final Secret).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or higher.
• Experience with EV management and RIO to drive program performance.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders (business partners, customers, Finance, suppliers).
• Experience leading through influence with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
• Travel up to 25% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects.
• Perform risk assessments, trend analyses, and planning efforts to determine impacts and constraints.
• Identify risk and opportunity potential and develop mitigation plans.
• Establish lead time requirements and baseline management processes.
• Serve as primary project contact to meet stakeholder requirements and objectives.
• Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion.
• Coordinate commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies.
