Job summary

Agent is partnering with a premier New York based exterior construction and restoration firm to hire a Senior Project Manager. The role oversees exterior projects from planning through delivery, driving efficiency and scalability across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of US-based construction PM experience, strong organizational leadership, and a proven ability to implement PM systems, KPIs, and robust workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction PM experience on US-based projects.
• Experience in exterior construction, façade restoration, roofing, waterproofing.
• Ability to establish PM processes, KPIs, and scalable workflows.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to engage exec leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee exterior construction/restoration projects from initiation to closeout.
• Create and refine PM systems, tools, workflows, and standards.
• Delegate tasks to remote teams and field crews to balance workloads.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, site crews, vendors, clients, architects, engineers.
