Job summary

Imagine Exhibitions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of complex experiential projects from development to completion. This primarily remote role requires the candidate to be based in Georgia, Florida or Tennessee, with occasional travel to the Atlanta office.

You will oversee budgets, schedules and contracts while guiding a team of PMs and coordinators, ensuring the projects meet creative visions and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, architecture, engineering, theatre or related field.
• Minimum seven years of progressively responsible project-management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and mentoring staff.
• Strong client-management and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex exhibition and entertainment projects from development through completion.
• Manage client relationships with clear communication and alignment.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, cash-flow forecasts and reports.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary creative, design, production, technical and operations teams.
• Oversee vendor selection, procurement, contracts and change orders.
• Manage fabrication, shipping, installation, testing and handover.
• Identify and mitigate risks and maintain documentation.
• Prepare updates and risk assessments for clients and leadership.
• Mentor project-management staff and contribute to standardized processes.
• Support estimating, proposal development and business development activities.
