Job summary

Cumming Group in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Project Manager to support a public agency's EV charger installation program. You will act as the Owner's representative, guiding design and construction from planning through final procurement.

The role requires 10+ years in construction management, experience as owner's representative on large projects, and a valid California driver's license. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
10+ years in construction management on transportation or infrastructure projects of comparable scale.
3+ years as owner's representative on major projects with similar scope and budget.
Prior experience with EV charger installation projects.
Valid California Class C driver's license.

Responsibilities

Act as Owner's representative for EV charging program and oversee field/office activities.
Monitor scope, schedule, budget and report status to client leadership.
Participate in design reviews and coordinate with contractors and procurement.
Coordinate environmental compliance and contract specifications as needed.
Develop and manage project schedule; provide monthly progress reporting.
