Cumming Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex electrical and industrial projects from a home-based base, supporting Northeast sites with 25–50% travel. The role emphasizes coordinating scope, cost, and schedule to meet client goals and project milestones.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management or construction, a BS in a related field, and preferred CCM/PMP/PE/AIA/LEED certifications. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, engineering or construction management.
• Electrical project experience highly preferred.
• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture or related field.
• Preferred Certification: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer the project by identifying savings opportunities and substitutions.
• Communicate with project stakeholders and manage client expectations.
• Prepare Project Management Plan and fee budget at project outset.
• Evaluate documents and align goals and expectations with the client.
• Develop action plans to guide the project team from start to finish.
• Coordinate with cost management for estimates, reviews, and budget reconciliation.
• Drive permitting processes with local, state, and federal agencies.
