Job summary

BuilderFirst in Nashville seeks an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to lead take-offs and bids on large-scale drywall projects and guide them through close-out. The ideal candidate will manage metal-stud scopes and coordinate with field teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications include 5+ years in project management for drywall, knowledge of Procore/Bluebeam or similar software, and experience with OST/QuickBid take-offs and pricing. A Construction Management degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience on large-scale drywall projects (1m+).
• Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project-management software.
• Knowledge of OST/QuickBid, or similar pricing/take-off software.
• Experience in managing projects entailing drywall, metal framing, ceilings and related scopes of work.
• Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or similar field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Handle initial take-offs and bids for projects.
• Manage the project through close-out.
• Oversee metal-stud scopes and related drywall scopes.
