Qualifications

• 8+ years in Estimating or Project Management within drywall, acoustical, flooring, or metal framing.
• Prepares competitive bids and detailed cost estimates ahead of deadlines.
• Reads blueprints/specs to scope projects and identify cost drivers.
• Manages subcontractor and vendor bidding and negotiations.
• Tracks job costs and keeps stakeholders updated throughout.
