Job summary

BuilderFirst in Nashville seeks an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to lead take-offs and bids on large-scale drywall projects and guide them through close-out. The ideal candidate will manage metal-stud scopes and coordinate with field teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications include 5+ years in project management for drywall, knowledge of Procore/Bluebeam or similar software, and experience with OST/QuickBid take-offs and pricing. A Construction Management degree is preferred.

Qualifications
