Job summary

Velosio, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the PMO team and lead software implementation, development, and upgrade projects. You will develop plans, manage risks and resources, and report status to clients and leadership while ensuring adherence to project standards.

The role requires 5+ years in PM for technical solutions, 3+ years in ERP/CRM deployments, and PMP/MCP-like credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 5+ years in a project management role for technical solutions.
• 3+ years in PM for ERP/accounting/CRM implementations.
• Experience delivering executive-level project status updates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Own ultimate success and management of projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, risk, resources, and timelines.
• Provide status updates to clients and PMO leaders.
• Ensure adherence to processes and standards by team members.
• Assemble and review project status with clients and directors.
• Coordinate resources and communicate needs to practice directors.
