Job summary

Velosio is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the PMO Team and lead software implementation, development, and upgrade projects. You will develop and manage project plans, control risks and resources, deliver client status updates, and ensure delivery against the defined scope and methodology across ERP/CRM initiatives.

Strong communication with clients and cross-functional teams, plus experience with Microsoft Project and ERP/CRM ecosystems, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, accounting, or related fields.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and write routine reports.
• Calculate figures such as variances, earned value, and burn rates.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• PMP, MCP, CPA helpful.
• 5+ years in PM for tech solutions; 3+ years ERP/CRM system implementations.
• Experience delivering executive-level project status updates.
• Experience with Microsoft tools is helpful.
• Understanding ERP/CRM value and go-live planning.

Responsibilities

• Own success and management of projects.
• Develop and manage project plans aligned with proposed design.
• Assign tasks to consultants with appropriate experience.
• Obtain internal status updates from project team.
• Ensure adherence to processes and standards by team.
• Monitor progress and report to PMO Director and Practice Directors.
• Prepare project status reports and review with clients.
• Obtain client satisfaction feedback on progress.
• Collaborate with clients and consultants to deliver agreed services.
• Deliver all Project Plan and Scope documents.
• Manage resources and tasks; identify needs to Practice Directors.
• Provide timely feedback to clients.
• Complete required training and orientation.
• Comply with security policies.
