Job summary

Velosio is seeking a Project Manager to join our PMO team, overseeing software implementation, development, and upgrade projects from planning through delivery.

You will manage project plans, risks, and timelines while delivering status updates to clients and ensuring adherence to our standards and processes. Collaboration with Solutions Architects and consultants is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in CS, business, accounting or related field.
• Experience in project management for technical solutions or ERP/CRM implementations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar tools; strong Office Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closure, including plans, risks, resources, and timelines.
• Deliver status updates to clients and PMO Directors.
• Ensure tasks are assigned to the right consultants with required experience.
• Track progress and report project issues and deviations.
• Create and review Project Status reports with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate Go-live schedules and post go-live support.
