Job summary

Velosio is seeking a Project Manager to lead software implementation, development, and upgrade projects within the PMO team. The role includes developing and managing project plans, monitoring risk and resources, and delivering client status updates while conforming to project methodology standards across ERP/CRM initiatives.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in PM for technical solutions or 2+ years for ERP/CRM implementations, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, accounting, or related field.
• PMP certification or working toward the certification is helpful.
• 3+ years in a project management role for the implementation of technical solutions or 2+ years in ERP/CRM implementations.
• Experience with Microsoft tools and technologies, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own ultimate responsibility for the success and management of projects.
• Deploy and manage project plans that satisfy the design proposed by the Solutions Architect.
• Assign tasks to consultants with the requisite level of experience.
• Obtain internal status updates from the project team.
• Ensure adherence to established processes and standards by team members.
• Monitor progress and report status to PMO Director and Practice Directors.
