Job description

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support their M&A and ERP initiatives!

Location: This role is 100% remote, but candidates must be local to the EST time zone.

Compensation: $70/hour W2

This role is not open on C2C or to third parties.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing end-to-end project lifecycles for multiple M&A integrations.
• Spearheading at least three complex ERP migration projects focused on Oracle EBS, emphasizing data integration and third-party collaboration.
• Working directly with business partners to understand, troubleshoot, and refine data extracts for ERP loads.
• Collaborating with business and IT teams to plan and execute mock and production data loads.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Driving clear communication across various functional areas.
• Providing structure within a fast-paced PMO environment.
• Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.

Ideal candidate has:

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Significant experience implementing ERP systems, with a strong understanding of data migration.
• Experience with ERP implementations, migrations, or integrations is required.
• Experience with Oracle EBS is a plus.
• Experience working directly with business partners on data extraction and refinement.
• Ability to communicate effectively across functional areas.
• Experience influencing and managing project teams without direct reports.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle methodologies.
• Some technical experience and high-level understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of PMI methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
