Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction remediation and environmental services projects, including design-build and CMAR delivery, for private sector and municipal clients. Role involves managing cross-functional teams across engineering, permitting, cost estimating, procurement, and field operations to deliver safe, compliant, and profitable projects.

Travel up to 20% is expected; candidates near Ramsey NJ, NYC, or Philadelphia preferred, with other locations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, business administration or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• Project management certification or ability to achieve in 6 months is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for mid-size to large-scale ECS projects.
• Develop scopes, budgets and schedules to meet client objectives.
• Ensure safety, quality, and risk management per BC standards.
• Maintain client relationships and pursue opportunities.
