Brown and Caldwell is seeking a senior project leader to direct mid-size to large-scale environmental and construction projects. You will drive scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality and safety, while leading cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver client value.

You'll develop detailed project plans, manage changes, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Travel up to 20% may be required to support on-site execution and client engagements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, business administration or equivalent.
• PM certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Willing to travel up to 20% annually, including jobsite duty.

• Lead project teams and set objectives, schedules, budgets and success factors.
• Develop scope, schedules, and budgets with clear assumptions.
• Monitor quality management plans and change management processes.
