Responsibilities

• Lead project team and set objectives, schedules, budgets and success factors.
• Develop detailed scopes of work to prevent overruns and set clear expectations.
• Manage schedules and provide delay mitigation guidance as needed.
• Oversee budgets, work breakdowns, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Direct health, safety, and environmental considerations on projects.
• Coordinate with external vendors and subcontractors for success.
• Monitor profitability through earned value analysis and invoicing/collections.
• Foster client relationships and support business development and client engagement.
