Job summary
WSP USA is seeking a Lead Senior Project Manager to lead site investigation and remediation projects for the Site Investigation & Remediation business line across Texas and nearby states. You will manage scopes, schedules, and budgets; oversee field characterization, remedial design, sampling programs, data analysis, and client communications; mentor junior staff and support business development.
The ideal candidate holds a PE (Texas registration preferred), a Bachelor's in Environmental
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification; Texas registration preferred.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in environmental consulting.
- Strong background with environmental regulations and site investigations.
- Proven experience growing client portfolios and developing opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new clients for environmental services.
- Manage projects including site characterization, remediation design, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform field work and oversee subcontractors for sampling programs.
- Analyze data and prepare reports with recommended remedial solutions.
- Mentor and train junior staff and coordinate project teams.
- Support business development and proposal preparation.
