Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Lead Senior Project Manager to support the Site Investigation & Remediation (SIR) Business Line across Texas and neighboring states. You will manage environmental projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and oversee client relationships from proposal through delivery.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure technical quality and regulatory compliance, and travel to project sites within Texas and occasionally the western states; 10+ years' experience, Bachelor's in Environmental

Qualifications

Ten+ years of progressively responsible experience in environmental consulting.
Experience growing client portfolios and developing new opportunities.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations including TRRP.
Proven site investigations, remediation, field management, and sampling program experience.
Project management experience with deliverables, schedules, and budgets

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new clients for environmental services in Texas and nearby states.
Manage environmental projects including site characterization, remedial design, and compliance.
Oversee field work and sampling programs with subcontractors and field teams.
Provide data analysis, reporting, and remedial recommendations with sound engineering practices.
Mentor junior staff and coordinate project teams for high-quality deliverables.
Support proposals, pricing, and client presentations to secure work.
