Job summary

RSI Environmental in Grand Junction, CO seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale horizontal infrastructure, environmental, and groundwater projects from inception to completion. The role requires advanced PMI/PMBOK knowledge, decomposed schedules, earned value management, and strong cross-functional leadership in both office and field settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Experience in lieu of education may be considered.
• Minimum 7 years of experience; 12+ preferred.
• PE or PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead larger-scale horizontal infrastructure, environmental, and groundwater projects.
• Ensure compliance with CERCLA, RCRA, UMTRCA, and/or state regulations; manage DOE orders and DEAR clauses.
• Establish cross-functional teams, client relationships, and stakeholder engagement.
• Plan, execute, and close projects with disciplined PM principles.
• Develop decomposed resource-loaded schedules and budgets; perform earned value management.
• Implement risk management; maintain risk registers and mitigation strategies.
• Lead field oversight, progress reviews, and lessons learned.
