Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale horizontal infrastructure, environmental, and groundwater projects from inception through completion. The role emphasizes disciplined project management, schedule and budget control, and strong safety and quality standards.

Travel up to 20% and partnership with DOE/LM-related initiatives are expected. A PE or PMP is preferred, with a bachelor’s degree in CM or Civil Engineering and 7+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience; 12+ years preferred.
• PE license or PMP certification preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale horizontal infrastructure, environmental, and groundwater projects from inception to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and change control per PMI/PMBOK principles.
• Establish cross-functional teams and manage client interfaces and negotiations.
• Develop decomposed, resource-loaded schedules and budgets with earned value management.
