Job summary

RSI is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Colorado to oversee large-scale infrastructure and environmental projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience, with strong leadership and project management skills. This role includes responsibilities such as managing cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and mentoring junior staff. The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per year and a robust benefits package including a generous PTO plan and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience, 12 or more years preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Experience in environmental and groundwater projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead larger scale infrastructure and environmental projects.
• Identify and manage project requirements to ensure compliance.
• Establish cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and manage project proposals, schedules, and budgets.
• Implement risk management strategies.
• Mentor junior project managers.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with horizontal infrastructure

Knowledge of federal regulations

Client negotiations

Familiarity with estimating software

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
