Job summary

RSI is seeking a Project Engineer in Grand Junction, CO to plan, develop, coordinate, and review design projects. You will organize design teams, prepare calculations, and produce plans, drawings and specifications while interfacing with outsourced engineering and construction partners.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least five years of relevant experience; a PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or scientific field.
• 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical assessments and define project scope.
• Develop critical path schedules for engineering projects.
• Coordinate design work and prepare specifications.
• Provide engineering input for field activity plans (e.g., safety, environmental).
• Lead tasks on large projects with minimal oversight.
• Manage engineering tasks on projects up to $250,000 and 3–12 months.
