Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, or related field.
• Professional registration or certification, as applicable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Broad environmental engineering consulting experience across the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated competency with environmental regulatory frameworks.
• Soil, groundwater, and air treatment technologies understanding.
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of multi-disciplinary project teams, focusing on delivery, quality, safety, and financial performance.
• Lead large, complex or high-risk projects with multiple services to meet objectives.
• Demonstrate technical competence and knowledge of codes and professional standards.
• Own all aspects of the project lifecycle: cost estimating, scheduling, contracting, resourcing, planning, execution, and financial management.
• Collaborate with project teams and field teams, with health and safety oversight.
• Communicate regularly with clients, partners, subcontractors, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Direct and coach staff to ensure high-quality execution and deliverables.
• Plan and manage complex field investigation programs (pre-design data collection, pilot testing).
• Lead evaluations and design efforts: models, field pilots, remedial plans, permits, and O&M; act as Engineer of Record if needed.
• Plan work per health and safety protocols.
• Demonstrate the company’s foundational safety behaviors.
